⚠️ A VERIFIED Zalo Official Account is required. Zalo requires every Mini App to be attached to a verified OA, and verification is reviewed by Zalo, usually taking several days. Without an OA you cannot create an app, even with this skill. If you have not set up an OA yet, do that first.
