Autoera sells products it builds itself. This page sets out the scope of the licence you receive, what you may not do with it, when a refund applies, and how your data is handled.

Autoera is the direct seller. Every product here is built by Autoera and Autoera answers for it. This is not a marketplace, there is no third-party seller, and Autoera does not stand between you and anyone else.
The software runs on your infrastructure, so Autoera has no control over the environment it runs in. Autoera is responsible for the software behaving as its product page describes, and is not responsible for losses arising from your operating environment.
For Autoera Copywriter specifically: it is a writing aid. What you publish remains your responsibility. The skill includes a claim-review step to reduce risk, but it does not replace legal review.
You are buying a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.
In short: full freedom to use, modify and keep the output, but not to redistribute the product itself.
Classic frameworks such as AIDA or PAS are public methods, decades old, and nobody owns them. What Autoera supplies is the organisation, the phrasing, the diagnostic procedure and the working files.
A digital product cannot be taken back once downloaded, so this sets out exactly which cases apply and which do not.
Send the request within 3 days of payment with a description of the problem and screenshots. Autoera replies within 48 working hours. If accepted, the money goes back to the account it came from, within 3 working days.
Both sides negotiate first. Failing that, disputes are settled under Vietnamese law at the competent court where Autoera is based. You also retain the right to complain to the consumer protection authority under Vietnam's Consumer Rights Protection Law; complaining to Autoera does not waive it.
Autoera collects very little, because this way of selling does not need much. The advertising measurement below runs only if you agree to it, and you can refuse at any time.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data under Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP. Send the request through the contact section and Autoera handles it within 72 hours.
This site uses Meta Pixel and Google Ads to see which advertisement brought you here. They send the page you viewed, your device and your IP address to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited, which means data crosses borders. If you are in the EU or the UK, nothing loads until you agree.
Autoera sells as an individual and is not registered as a business, so it issues no invoices. This is stated here so you can weigh it before ordering.
Those cover your internal records and expense reconciliation, but they are not valid documents for booking a cost or reclaiming tax. If your company requires a proper invoice, Autoera cannot meet that requirement and you should consider another supplier. Better said here than discovered after payment.

Autoera may amend these terms. Amendments are posted here with the update date at the top of the page. Orders already placed remain under the version in force when they were placed; later changes do not apply retroactively.
